I joined this casino 2 days ago and deposited 40 euro and got 40 deposit match bonus.I went to play my favorite slot Mermaids Millions and on my second spin I got all 5 Mermaids 900euro!!! I could not believe it and was so excited I went at live chat who kindly informed me I still had wagering of 1277 or there abouts lol so I was a little deflated.

However I played for hours and Im sure I could have withdrawn at least 900 euro, but I was having such a great time I eventually withdrew 600 which is at present reversable. Today i played with 40 euro and no bonus and reached an amazing total of 1100euro. I carried on playing hoping to try for the jackpot but eventually requested another withdrawal for 400.

A grand total of 1000 euro in 2 days. I am so happy as it will help with myXmas shopping. I hope all will process ok as I have not been asked for docs yet, but when I send them I hope all will proceed quickly. I wont believe it until I see the funds in my account.

Hello! I can give a honest review on this casino, as a person who is very concerned about not being paid my winnings, and being asked for documents. Thought Platinum will eventually ask for documents but they don't always ask you, when you first begin, especially on small withdrawals. Then again with small ones u can be asked sometimes. Recently when I won over 1000 that moment came when they asked me for documents, I thought this was the time all the horror stories I have heard would come true for me, but they asked me for two forms of ID, one was not good quality so I had to resend it, in under 24 hours they sent me an email saying they had approved my documents. I then thought well I wont win now ... but to my surprise not only did they process my documents and pay me my winnings, with in 3 days I also won a further amount of money. This is 100% by far one of the best most honest casinos that there is. I am a real person .. no one has asked me to write this, and I am very thankful to platinum play for keeping to their word as other casinos are not as good as them. You DO need to be aware that if you have tried to make double accounts they WILL find out, you can't do that, so if you want to play with them, make sure you go in the chat and just ask them to check if your ip has any other accounts, because sometimes we make accounts at lost of casinos and we just forget. The only downside to this casino I think is I wish they had some of the newer games like book of dead, and Egypt pyramid game.
