Why you shouldn't get involved with Queen Vegas?

Queen Vegas is a casino. It has long operated on the SkillOnNet platform. It might seem fine: a Maltese licence, a decent-looking website, games from well-known developers. But beneath the glossy exterior is a system where rules take precedence over common sense. The licence is supposed to protect players, but in practice you won't get help quickly. Most likely you'll end up disputing with the casino, pointing to clauses in the terms.

The platform operates, but at Star Gambling it's on the blacklist for a reason. The issue is how they treat players: they take a long time to verify documents, delay payouts and quibble over minor details. If you enjoy slot machines, you should know what you're getting into. SkillOnNet has positives (a convenient website) and negatives (strict rules). Unfortunately, the negatives outweigh the positives here.

Bonuses and Promotions

They promise awesome mega-spins, but in reality, they're just ordinary free spins with a ton of conditions. You need to wager 30-60 times more than you won, and often not just the bonus itself, but the deposit as well. They give you a month to wager it, but you can't bet more than 10% of the bonus. Try to play faster, and they'll accuse you of violating the rules. The games they choose for wagering are also special: roulette, poker, and blackjack barely count. In the end, the bonus becomes a trap where any wrong move means you lose everything.

They also offer daily bonuses and tournaments, but these are just for show. The main issue is the restrictions. Winnings can be significantly reduced, and another verification will be conducted when withdrawing money. They'll bring up duplicate accounts, incorrect bets, or poor documentation at the most inconvenient time, especially if you win a lot.

Payment Methods and Withdrawals

Funding your account is easy, with plenty of options available. However, problems arise with withdrawals: they are slow and come with restrictions. There are often daily and monthly limits. Have you won a large sum? You'll have to withdraw it in installments and wait a long time. First, you wait for verification, then for the payment. Any error in the documents, and the whole process starts over. The casino essentially absolves itself of responsibility and blames the player for not sending another photo with their passport.

Customer Support

Support responds, but like robots. They write quotes from the rules. They don't want to communicate in a human way. From chat they send to email, from email - to the verification department, and from there - back to chat. The circle is closed. If the question is simple - still tolerable, but if controversial - everything drags on. At night it's a disaster altogether: they just say that they passed your question to a specialist. Any problem turns into walking through torments.

Security and Honesty

With technical protection everything is in order: HTTPS, encryption and known game developers. But honesty is not only certificates, but also clear rules. And with this Queen Vegas has problems. Document verification can take weeks, they require documents even during the game, and restrictions are introduced retroactively according to internal policy. It turns out that everything seems correct, but in fact - it's impossible to play. Therefore Queen Vegas is on our blacklist: lots of order, but no normal attitude towards players.

Player Reviews and Reputation

If you read the reviews for December 2025, it's the usual: praising the games, criticising the payouts and bureaucracy. People complain about delays, endless document requests, reduced bonuses and sudden limits after wins. They wait weeks for verification due to some minor detail in the address or a typo in the name. The casino should fight fraud, but here this fight has turned into abuse of players. Rules are more important than decent service.

Queen Vegas is not the worst casino, but there's not much good in it either. If you need quick payouts and fair rules, better choose another place with a good reputation. And remember: the more a casino promises, the more problems it has. And that's exactly why Queen Vegas remains on our blacklist.

What really frustrated me was that after a decent run of luck, I suddenly found my real money play restricted. They claimed I had requested self-exclusion, which I absolutely did not. Despite repeatedly stating this, they insist otherwise—conveniently giving them an excuse to block me from playing real money games again.

Getting verified with them is practically impossible. Live chat is never available, and when they finally respond—if they do—it can take days. Once, it took 10 full days just to get a reply. This is hands down the worst casino group I’ve ever dealt with. And when I say group, I mean I’ve had problems with three of their casinos. Despite sending them a valid insurance document, they’re still making it absurdly difficult to verify my address.

Support is nowhere near what is advertised. It's a big nono for anywhere I play at. They are running the lower RTP % on the play n go games. Website layout could do with being updated to be more user friendly.

I've played in a lot of casinos, but this is the best. Like everything! The choice of slots is huge and very diverse, frequent wins, quick withdrawal of winnings, support does not make you wait long, everything for a pleasant pastime and a good opportunity to increase your Deposit!
